It will sync/pair so I can use the Nav system to answer an incoming call by pressing the answer button on my steering wheel but nothing else works.

Go to the dealership mines was doing this black screen for a few days sometimes two weeks... I took it to the dealership and they fixed it for free it was a recall item... I searched and searched and I never found it as a recall when I was doing my search. Junction City, KS
